solesakuma: Nino with an amusing expression (Nino is amused)

***

- My friends came over to my house yesterday. I had such a great time! We spent some time at the pool, had heart-to-heart conversations, we watched the Countdown and silly Arashi stuff. Before we went to sleep, we ended up discussing Akanishi and his bad pick-up lines for like an hour. Roo even dreamt of the Jimusho.

- I watched the Countdown! It was great. Shiny yet not so shiny costumes, fanservice between people that hardly ever speak, a great amount of drunks, Johnny's from the past - my favourite part of the Countdown, since I actually like those Johnny's -. One of my favourite Countdowns.

- I also watched the Doctor Who finale. HM. HM. Can't wait to the 2010 season, though.

- JE_Hols reveals! I wrote Hello, you fool, I love you, a Kameda AU fic. Ueda is a paparazzi and Kame is a movie star and together they fight crime. Yes, really. Random appearances of most of the Jimusho, but mostly V6, KAT-TUN, Arashi and K8. Here at LJ, at DW and at the AO3.
I also uploaded my Yuletide fics to my DW/LJ fic journals.

- I'm a tag wrangler for the Archive of Our Own now! I'm really excited about it.

- The JE remix has more than 30 sign ups. I'm excited! Sign up before the 10th!

Since I'm fucking sick of 'Manga characters look white anyway!', let's do...
A PICTURE ESSAY!

My little brother watches Pushing Daisies. Hugging his Little Happy Dragon (hey, it's better than 'Duckie'). I mean, today I was watching Pushing Daisies and I saw him laying on the floor very concentrated. He was actually watching it because he asked me about a little part of the subtitles he had missed.
This is proof enough that he's too geeky for a seven years-old but on top of it...

Note: I'll eventually translate this into English.

  • So, Ohno appears in Yamada Tarou Monogatari (mindless fluff in dorama form) and what does he do? He gets infatuated with Nino. I love them.

You take yourselves too damn seriously.
You're not that hot anyway.
Sole
PD: What? After reading hard stuff all day, I de-stress by watching pretty/cheesy Japanese 'boys' singing catchy songs. And KAT-TUN? Not pretty, not catchy, not cheesy.
PD2: This is all for the lulz. Not actual hostility.
PD: OMG, IS THAT FLAMENCO TAP DANCING?
***
Se toman demasiado en serio, muchachos. Y ni siquiera están tan buenos.
Sole

So... I was boggling at Nino's random poncho in the latest Arashi PV and then... then I download the Tacky Version of A.RA.SHI.
And really? I'm loving the poncho.
Because see-through pants are NOT cool.
And that got me to wonder why the fuck Arashi's videos are so damn random. Throwing stuff, playing Monopoly, non-sexy water, office workers with water guns, flowers, shower singing, crazy hair, puppets and this one is actually on acid. Oh, and I can't forget 'Dancing Over The Rainbow'.
OK, the answer is very easy: they're the randomest boyband ever.
And you know what? I love Nino's long hair. Still not crazy about the poncho.
And who did the hair in Wish (PV)? A madman?
